Private Party Policy

• The deposit made to reserve a party is non-refundable and the party date cannot be rescheduled under any circumstance. The remainder of the party package fee, plus added extras, additional guest fees and service fee will be charged on the day of the party.

• All parties are subject to a 15% service charge based on the entire bill.

• The maximum time for setup is 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party start time. We are not able to accommodate arrivals that are prior to your setup. Hosts and guests arriving early will be asked to wait outside.

• Shoes are not allowed inside the playground. Socks are required for all adults and recommended for all children. If needed, socks can be purchased for $2/pair.

• All party packages include admission for 15 children and 35 adults. That number includes the birthday child. If the amount of 15 children (ages 12 months to 12 years) is exceeded, a fee between $12 and $15 per extra child, depending on party package and location, will be added to your final bill. Parties exceeding 30 children require a third party coordinator for an additional fee of $50. If the amount of 35 adults is exceeded, a fee of $10 (Bel Air) or $5 (Eagle Rock) per extra adult will be added to your final bill.

• The maximum guest capacity is 95 for Peekaboo Playland Eagle Rock and 120 for Peekaboo Playland Bel Air. Due to time constraints, face painting, temporary tattoos and games cannot be guaranteed when a party exceeds 30 children.

• If you wish to have pizza at your party, it must be ordered through Peekaboo Playland only. 

• Peekaboo Playland does not provides drinks, utensils, plates, napkins, cups or ice for adult guests. 

• There are no substitutions for any party package items.

• Chips of any kind, popcorn, candy and ice cream (including ice cream cake) are not allowed.

• Peekaboo Playland, LLC is not liable for any injuries sustained or items lost or left behind on its premises during or after a party. 

• No toys are allowed in the bouncer, slides, ball pit or any other playstructure.

• Only children under the age of 2 are allowed in the Baby Balcony

• Guests will be asked to leave in a timely manner to not to interfere with the setup of the next party. After each party's official end time, the hosts are given 10 minutes to exit Peekaboo Playland. Otherwise an overtime fee of $50 will be charged.

• The Bel Air location's outdoor area is only available weather permitting.

• Special requests (outside entertainers, food vendors and decorations, etc.) as well as changes must be discussed and approved by Peekaboo Playland's event supervisor Nancy Montgomery at least 3 weeks prior to a scheduled party.
